Palomino's Prism

Yeey! I loooove this piece. It came out just how I had it in mind, which says a lot because the beginnings of it were not so great. The horse was my first attempt at grayscale. I kinda wonder, why would anyone want to use that? You dont really have much control over getting the color you originally desired. I had a hard time with it. I had to play with a bunch of lightening, contrast, and saturation settings. And then the white version of it (for the blaze and hind leg marking) couldn't get white enough. I ended us just painting over it with white and coloring it in. And painted the mane and tail with normal colors. But it was only the first, I shouldn't have tried a first on a piece that is for someone else.

So this one is my half of an art trade with *BlackGlassButterfly of her Arabian stallion Dusty. We also decided we would go all out with colors and fun stuff so this is what immediately came to mind. I hope you like it hun!!
